Beverage consultant, wine educator, and founder of Vine & Tonic.
Corey brings a background spanning country clubs, resorts, and high-end retirement communities throughout the Charlotte and Highlands / Cashiers areas. His previous roles include food and beverage manager and assistant clubhouse manager, as well as a year as a mixologist at The Cellar in Charlotte. That experience shapes his approach to beverage consulting and wine education.
His wine education also includes the Court of Master Sommeliers’ Introductory Course and Level 1 examination, which he completed and passed.

Corey founded Vine & Tonic in 2024. Today, he serves as Beverage Director at Legacy Motor Club and Head of Sales at Bondle Wines, alongside private consultations and guided tastings.
He helps clients review beverage menus, work through service challenges, and learn more about wine and cocktails.
