What to expect from consulting and private wine experiences.
Do I need to know anything about wine?
No. The private tastings welcome beginners and curious wine lovers alike. Corey meets you where you are and makes room for questions.
Is wine included?
Wine is purchased separately. Corey provides selection guidance so you can prepare for your tasting. The experience fee does not include bottles or shipping.
Are the tastings virtual?
Wine for Two and the Private Virtual Tasting are virtual experiences. For a different event format or a larger group, contact Corey for a custom discussion.
How is the time arranged?
Purchase your chosen service online, and Corey will contact you to arrange a brief introductory call and agree on a session time. Your receipt confirms the purchase, not a particular date. If you cannot agree on a suitable time, you will receive a full refund.
Can we add more time to Wine for Two?
Yes. The experience starts at 30 minutes for $95 per couple, with additional time in 30-minute increments at $95 per increment. Confirm the full duration when arranging your experience.
What is the difference between Office Hours and a Beverage Consultation?
Office Hours is a 60-minute conversation for focused advice. The Beverage Consultation includes advance review of one menu or business challenge, a 60-minute session, and written recommendations.
Can Corey develop a full menu or train a team?
Full menu development, staff training, and ongoing consulting are custom projects. Contact Corey to discuss scope and a proposal.
